Combs normally did joke questions when this happened. Dawson would've been as funny, if not funnier, than Ray if he had done that shit.

It was the episode right before the September incident. At the beginning of that Fast Money, Richard said "You did it once, you're going to do it again, aren't you?"
The Dawson/Combs shows would occasionally set up the Fast Money questions so that 200 points could be gotten by one player. I don't believe it has ever happened on the 1999-present incarnation of Feud, and I'm not so sure they ever tried to set up a solo win like that. Maybe they don't feel the hosts are capable of stretching, although I think O'Hurley is capable of it.

0:24 - After Cathy gives her answers, Richard says "You should have been up here three days ago,"
2:01 - After teasing Ceecee, Richard says "You made a change and won all the money."
Both these quotes imply that Cathy had never done fast money before then. Add to the fact that Richard often insulted contestants who gave rotten answers, if this solo win was after "September," he would have brought it up again.

Richard makes several comments during this clip implying that Cathy had been chosen for fast money in favor over another member of the family. So that would mean that this episode was before the infamous "September." How the mighty fall...

You know, this does remind me of Fred aka Mr. Teabag, only in reversal fashion.
A source of mine told me that Cathy got over 200 on her own on the episode after the September debacle, so I assume this was the next show.
Since Richard said to Cathy "You should've done this three shows ago", I would say after September.
